Community First Developments (CFDI) manages housing co-operatives and non-profit housing communities across the Greater Toronto Area. Our name is our mandate: the community comes first, and good management is how we keep it strong. Member-governed housing asks a lot of volunteer boards, so we take on the operational load — finances, maintenance, compliance, member services — and let boards focus on decisions rather than paperwork.
We work within the frameworks that govern affordable housing in Ontario, including the Co-operative Corporations Act, the Housing Services Act and the requirements of municipal and provincial funders.

ComField Management Services
Condominium and commercial management
To extend our services to condominiums and commercial properties, CFDI formed ComField Management Services Inc. in 2004. ComField is a privately owned and operated company focused on condominium and commercial property management in the Greater Toronto Area; its ownership group has more than 60 years of property management experience.
ComField provides carefree property management to owners, tenants and residents through a range of qualified professionals dedicated to the condominium and commercial sectors.
